Chrome browser extension periodically turns the "automatically submit" option back on

Hello, I'm here to report/see if anyone else has seen a small bug with the Chrome extension: I don't want 1Password to automatically submit my forms, so I uncheck the "automatically submit" checkbox in the Chrome extension. Every once in a while though (maybe once a week), when I use the extension (with CMD+\ or by clicking on the icon), it will automatically submit a form, and I will go back into the settings and find that the checkbox has been reenabled. I have also turned off the automatic submit option in the desktop app, if that makes any difference. Thanks!

    Can you confirm that you are not (possibly accidentally) clicking the "Fill and Submit Login" header and toggling the setting?
