Hello @deshi! π
I can certainly help you get Face ID working for 1Password on your iPhone. As a first step, you'll need to setup Face ID for the iPhone itself. Please follow the steps in Apple's support article:
Test to make sure that you can unlock the iPhone itself using Face ID. If you can't then please stop here and let me know.
Once Face ID is setup and working to unlock the iPhone itself you can follow these steps to turn it on for 1Password:
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and choose Settings. (If youβre using an iPad, tap your account or collection at the top of the sidebar.)
- Tap Security.
- Turn on Face ID.
- Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and choose Lock.
- Enter your account password to unlock the app.
Now you'll be able to unlock 1Password using Face ID. If one of these steps don't work then let me know which one and I can help further. π
