Over 1,000 1Password items in DropBox...

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

I was just checking my 1Password folder in my Dropbox and found in data/default/ there are more that 1,000 items with names such as:

6C32FBDA5C612DF2172215CD124A076E.1password

Is this normal? It seems a little excessive to me...

    Yes. Each item in your data file is represented by a .1password file. This makes syncing almost instantaneous because a change to one item means that only that one tiny .1password file needs to sync instead of your entire data file. :)
