1pwd8 does not sync and update. 1pwd7 syncs smoothly.

    If it's not currently installed, could you reinstall 1Password 8 and send us a diagnostics report, so the team can take a closer look?

    I have 1pw8 installed on one machine while 1pw7 on another. The sync is happening smooth on the machine with 1pw7. I removed and reinstalled 1pw8 but still it’s the same.

    On the machine where you reinstalled 1Password 8 for Windows, could you create a diagnostics from 1Password 8 and send that to us via email to support+forum@1password.com:

    When I checked today it had synced. I made another change and it also showed as synced. This is FYI.

    1pw8 has lost the amazing software to work with touch. It's a pain to work with now. There are so many issues with 1pw8. This was never the case with 1pw7. It's nice you wanted to start from scratch but I feel it's useless as you've lost basics. I don't remember so many issue with 1pw7. Also if there were there was progress. It's frustrating to use it on daily basis.

    Why should I share the report again? I’ve already shared but there’s no update from you for this?

    It looks like 1PW team is just carrying on and not really keen on solving issues.

    Can you clarify if you're still seeing the same syncing issue that you reported earlier in this thread? It looks like our team sent you an email 2 months ago, with some questions to investigate the issue that you reported, but never received a reply.
