Extension hangs up for long period of time with focusin

I have so far only noticed this in Wordpress page edit.

When I click on text inputs there is noticeable lag before the input gets focus.
And when I click on the button to change a page permalink, Wordpress adds an input next to it, focuses to it and my browser freezes for as long as 96 seconds.

Console log has no entries at all.

Performance trace shows browser extensions injected.js hanging up in
onFocus -> ensureFillableField -> resolvePendingFill -> ... -> _onInputFocus -> _getSuggestions

I can provide a diagnostics report.

Edit: Just managed to find a nice shortcut for Universal Autofill which works perfectly for me.

This seems to be also occurring with 2 of my colleagues.
They both have Chrome.
1password browser extension and Wordpress page most likely Advanced Custom Fields content.
Every single focusin leads to long hang ups.

Extension 2.18.2 mostly fixes the problem.
The page permalink button no longer hangs up the browser for over a minute.
A simple text input still takes around 89ms per click for noticeable lag.
