1password crashing when start on new Ubuntu 23.10 install

I have just reset my laptop, and installed 1password as usual with the .deb that is on the download page. On the first opening of 1password it opens fine, and I can setup it normally. But when I turn off my computer, and then open it again, it never opens.

The browser extension works fine.

I looked through the logs, and it seems to throw this error:
