I have not been able to use my subscription for nearly a month now. The ticket says that I need to upgrade to Teams, then upgrade to Business. Then change some settings, and then downgrade back to "normal".
But meanwhile, your system cancelled my whole account now. All I can see now, is subscribed to a "normal" contract.
You guys are really not making this easy for me!
