    Do you have an alternative browser you can test with? Sometimes I need to switch browsers (not related to 1Password). I'd also ensure that your OS is fully up to date.

    @ag_tommy
    thanks for your suggestion
    works with Firefox
    I wonder if its because of deprecated

  • @edfry

    If you were working with the older extension and not 1Password in the browser, then it might have some connection. Sorry, I reread your post and it looks that way. I missed it on my initial reply. Have you given thought of using 1Password 8?

    @ag_tommy
    In High Sierra-10.13.6
    1Pass auto intalls the Extension so I can use in Safari
    just can't connect to my Account, nor sign in @ 1Pass site
    1Pass8 is not compatible with 10.13.6 and I would have to buy a newer Mac
    Probably in Sept/Oct after my hike
    Thanks so much for your comments and help!

    Dare I get off topic, but you got my interest up. You mentioned a hike. Is this a well known hike? Sept/Oct sounds like the normal completion time frame for the Appalachian Trail. I was all into hiking years back. I don't get to do that all that often now. I wish you a safe and speedy journey.

    @ag_tommy
    Not bothered with the off-topic question,
    No not the AT. The PCT (Pacific Crest Trail)
    Start April 30/24 and should be done Mid Sept/24.

    Back to topic: I think it's because 10.13.6 and Safari 13.1.2 are deprecated (6 newer versions since)
    so I will have to wait for a new Mac and newest Mac OS
    Thanks for your help and interest.
