High cpu at chrome extension

high cpu used but remove chrome extension will be ok

_Extension Version: 2.20.0
_OS Version: macOS 14.3 (23D56)
_Browser: Chrome 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (arm64)

    it's aright at 2.19.0 version.
