Went sent you a message and then waited for your reply for almost two weeks. I see we have one now. Someone will be with you as soon as possible. For a better support experience please be sure to respond to our emails as quickly as possible. I'd suggest checking to ensure that hello@1password.com and support@1password.com are in your allowed list. It might keep things like a spam catcher from getting overly zealous. My gut feeling is something like that got in the mix.
