Problem with 1Password and Chrome using iPad Pro

Specifically, when I’m working landscape, with a Magic Keyboard (so the onscreen is disabled), the password window does not show. It is triggered… but the only way I can see it is if I detach the iPad from the Keyboard and bring up the virtual keyboard. Mind you, AFTER this happens and I detach/reattach the iPad, the window will pop up as it’s supposed to: At the bottom of the browser screen.

Is there some way to fix this? Highly inconvenient (and apologies if this has been addressed already).

    Hello @joeharris! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using your iPad with a magic keyboard. Are you referring to the Password AutoFill prompt that appears when you tap on a username or password field in an app or website? If you are then can you try the following to see if this will allow you to use Password AutoFill while the keyboard is connected:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Tap on General.
    3. Tap on Keyboard.
    4. Turn on "Shortcuts".

Then try to use Password AutoFill again. Let me know if I misunderstood the issue.
