1Password requiring Keychain Access at startup

I have a new MBP at work and this has started to occur with 1Password 3.8.21. I have checked the appropriate settings in preferences. How can I fix this?

It sounds like you are encountering this issue:

1PasswordAgent.app wants to use your confidential information stored in "1Passwd Master Password"
