Changing master password

I set up a new master password on my phone. I have a license for 1password6. I was very careful typing it in but that new password does not work to open my 1password on my desktop. (I am MAC). However I can still open my 1password on my desktop with old password. And I can still open the 1password app using facial recognition on my phone. But my phone does not recognise my NEW password OR my old password. Has anyone had this problem, I am trying to get someone to help me from 1password but it is taking time to get responses from them.

    I'm sorry that you're unable to unlock 1Password. I know how important it is to be able to access your items in 1Password and the team is here to help.

    I do see that you have an open support ticket with the team and I recommend that you continue the conversation there. One of my colleagues will send you another email as soon as possible. To prevent duplication of efforts, I'm closing this thread.
