I am still having the same problem:

Well, technically it works now with the latest version of 1password
1Password for Mac 8.10.36 (81036049)
BUT!
None of the custom fields are imported in any way. Why?Bitwarden Item

Let's get you over to email support where the team can gather logs from you. Off-hand my initial thought would be a permissions issue. The team can hopefully, determine that with logs.

I found same issue happend. I don't have any custom fields. If I import again, 1password overwrite it with custom fields?

I just wanted to report that finally I was able to import my data. Yay!

cmon.... this is still an issue? I've got 2000+ pw's in bitwarden , i'm interested in 1pw but not when I get this trying to import:
"Unsupported Bitwarden export (kdfType: 1). Please contact support and attach this error message.":\
Im supposed to go thru all my passwords and eliminate "null fields"?? huh?
