More or custom sign in with providers
Hello,
Ever since the "sign in with" functionality got added to 1Password, I've been using it and it's been really convenient. I used to forget how I first signed up for sites when being presented with the notorious "Sign in with..." page, but 1Password makes it a breeze by keeping track of it for me.
I do wish there were more sign in with providers, as I often notice some I regularly use are not supported. The one I use most often is Spotify, which is sadly not (yet) supported. The sign-in flow is the same as for the other providers: click "Sign in with Spotify" on a website, get redirected to the Spotify authentication page with the site's permissions, click Agree and be signed in to the site.
So my features request is to be able to use custom sign in with providers. I am a software development student myself, but I don't exactly know the technology behind the sign in with functionality. So I don't know if every provider needs a custom integration, or if there's a "general" integration that works for the majority of providers. Therefore, I don't know how complicated it is to let users use custom providers, but I do know that adding additional popular providers would please many users.
Some other providers I would like to suggest looking into are PlayStation and Steam.
I hope the sign in with providers get support for other sites in future updates, as I think this functionality is really convenient and makes pass management even easier in 1Password.

I would love to see Spotify be added to the list of supported providers as well – it's getting more and more common that music-related sites support log-in through Spotify.

@Nezteb left a detailed post about a year ago on all of the providers that you should have already setup by now. discussion is closed so you should probably reopen and reach out to him and say thanks for doing the legwork.
Would love to have Gitlab as a provider
