Crash at Login in 8.10.34
Hi,
just had a crash when re-logging into the 1Password app on iOS.
Circumstances:
1. Added Passkey, which took a bit longer to safe and it appeared 1P froze.
2. Passkey saved successfully.
3. Switch from Safari to 1Password
4. Open item with just added passkey.
5. Edit item and add e-mail field
6. copy e-Mail address in username to new e-mail field
7. Leave app to go to Safari to copy new username
8. Item not in edit mode after reauthentication, e-mail address back to username field
9. Add email field, copy new username into new email address field, then copy old email address username into new field and exchange it with new username in username field
10. Save
11. Go to website where passkey was saved from, notice that on text fields, Apple Keyboard presents login option instead of word predictions
12. Tap on key symbol, see 1Password offering passkey and password option.
13. Cancel.
14. Leave Safari per app switcher to get directly to 1Password
15. 1Password crashes at authentication animation (I think I saw the green check)
This is as much as I remember.
I have the crash report from iOS Analytics Data and could send diagnostic report, but it says that it needs to be requested first.
Maybe related with what was reported at the Linux subforum https://1password.community/discussion/146241/crashing-on-re-logging

Can you to create/send a diagnostics report from your device and get it to the technical team for further review?
- Open 1Password.
- Tap your 1Password account icon from the 1Password home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Send Diagnostics.
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com

Please do not post your diagnostic report to the forum. This is for your privacy and security.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

Sure can do @ag_tommy! ☺️
Support-ID Number: PVS-82138-137
Hope this helps!
I also have a Support Flow Related Feature Request:
Direct Upload of Diagnostics, with historic log of assigned Support IDs.
Reason, not using the standard Apple Mail Client makes sending Diagnostics cumbersome:
1. Save Draft
2. Delete Draft (because as long as it is a draft, it can’t be saved and copy paste makes it a webarchive)
3. Go to Trash
4. Save Attachment to Files
5. Add saved attachment from Files in regular used E-Mail App.This would also probably allow higher security as an E2EE could be established between the client and server, maybe based on 1Password‘s Psst infrastructure?

It looks like your diagnostics report made it to the team and my colleague has responded. Please continue the conversation there. I'll go ahead and close this thread.
