1Password browser add-on won’t expand in field

Hi there! I’m having an issue on iPadOS in the Safari extension, where I click the 1Password icon on a login field and it won’t expand. I am logged into the extension, and when I click the icon in the URL bar I can see my info and copy it successfully, but the browser extension dialog on the login form does not work.

Here’s what it looked like when I went to 1Password.com and tried to sign in:

^ I tap the field to try to get the extension to show up

^ The extension shows up (circled in red) and I tap it — this screenshot is from the moment I tapped it, which is why there is a dark rectangle around the icon

^ The arrow icon quick animates to point down (as if it’s opening the dialog, but it never does) — and it instantly reverts back up to the closed position. It was so quick I couldn’t even grab a screenshot of it in the fully down/open position.

^ After that (or anytime… before it, etc.), if I click the 1Password icon in the URL bar my login info for the site is pulled up, and I can copy and paste it into the field… so the extension seems to be logged in and able to access the right data for the right site, the interface is just not working in window.

This seems to happen as a fluke — it happens often (weekly, if not daily), but I haven’t tracked when or how often. I get this or some other error often enough (maybe every other time I try to fill a password?) that its frustrating, though.

Thanks for help resolving it!
