Apple Watch Require Password Set to 2 Weeks But Doesn't Work

I only recently installed 1Password 8 - you know why haha.

I have the Apple Watch setting set to require password after 2 weeks.
But, I have to type my password anytime 1P locks. It always says "You need to enter your account password before you can use Apple Watch unlock."

I've tried quitting / restarting 1Password completely (quit / force quit all 1Password processes via Activity Monitor).
I've tried changing the setting to a different amount of time (in case the setting wasn't being saved for some reason).

I tested and Apple Watch is able to unlock system settings without issue.

1Password Version: 8.10.36
Extension Version: NA
OS Version: 14.5 (23F79)
Browser: Any
