I'm having the same problem. I've noticed autofill has stopped working on a few sites in the last week or two. chase.com being the main one I notice.

    Hello @Labutin and @Jayschwa! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't offering to fill your login on the Chase website. There is an issue that our development team is currently investigating and that I suspect that you're running into.

Just to confirm: are you trying to login to secure.chase.com? If you are then can you try the login form on the main homepage:

    1. Go to chase.com (not secure.chase.com)
    2. Try to fill your login into the login form on the homepage.

Let me know if that works.

It doesn't work on the main page too.

Our developers are investigating an issue where 1Password's suggestion might sometimes not appear on Chase's website. Can you try to click in the password field first and then the username field. Like this:

Does that allow you to fill your login? I look forward to hearing from you.

  • Hello everyone,

Thank you for your patience. Our development team has made improvements to how 1Password handles the login fields on chase.com. Please update to 8.10.48:

If you still see the issue with 8.10.48 then let me know.
