@boxtop217, Do you have the same problem with Safari? (I only saw Edge and Chrome mentioned in your first post.)

Not changing browsers, they'll fix it.

Confirmed it does work with https://www.chase.com/. Does not work with any of the other chase URLs.

Having the same issue on all the non https://www.chase.com/ sites. Fix please.

For me I am able to work around by using the chase home page login. Looks like:

Updating all of my bookmarks to "https://www.chase.com" works for me, as posted by Mike42. I see a few people are reporting that does not work for them. Suggestions, click into the address bar to see if Safari is simply hiding the full URL and you are not in fact at the root of the domain.

Just a note that I've just tried logging in on the top-level page, and I was able to use 1Password successfully. (I wonder if it's because the login fields aren't rendered in a popup.)

I've been having problems with chase.com since forever. I am talking years. Using Safari on MacOS. It manifests in several ways: at times it doesn't recognize that I am on chase.com (I don't have a favorite) so nothing is offered; at times it recognizes it's chase yet when I click on the dropdown to auto-fill nothing happens; and at times it would only fill in either the username or the password only. It never works properly on first run. 9/10 times, it works properly after a refresh.

Hey everyone!
I apologize for the ongoing issue. Our team is actively working on a fix which should be released in the near future.
There is an issue on https://secure.chase.com where 1Password in the browser is having trouble auto-filling properly. In the meantime, you should be able to autofill your logins If you navigate directly to https://www.chase.com/

Filling not working for me on chase.com or any related specific securenn.chase.com w/ either Safari or Chrome for macOS Sonoma 14.5. No issues with other websites. At Chase.com, 1PW presents choices for my various Chase logins, but won't fill any of them.

+1 to the issue still being present when accessing https://www.chase.com/

Still have to copy/paste from the app - 1P still does not work with chase.com... hopefully they find a solution soon!

Hello,
I've encountered an issue where 1Password does not autofill the Chase website login page. There is no entry defined, and even when I manually select autofill from the 1Password app, it doesn't work. Strangely, this only happens on the Chase website:
https://secure.chase.com/web/auth/dashboard#/dashboard/overviewAccounts/overview/index
To troubleshoot, I've already tried the following steps:
1.Ensured Chrome is updated to the latest version.
2. Updated 1Password to the latest version.
3. Cleared browser history and cache.
4. Restarted the computer.Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Currently, I can only log in by manually copying the password from the Vault and pasting it. I'm not sure why this problem suddenly started.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I am having the same exact issue in Safari. There's a longer thread a few posts down in this forum about it and they are working on it.

Thank you for letting me know. I tried with Chrome and MS Edge and both weren't working. My laptop is a PC so i wasn't able to try with safari.
Appreciate the heads up that it is being looked into :)

This issue is ongoing for Chrome on Mac with chase.com. Has not worked in several weeks.

Thanks folks. They team is continuing to work with this. Being a fellow Chase bank user I hope the resolution is on the way.

+1 I have same issue with secure.chase.com no auto fill... although chase.com and www.chase.com do seem to work if I click Auto Fill from 1Password itself. However, a lot of times I end up at secure.chase.com independently and would like it if the auto-fill just appeared when I do.

I'm sorry that filling isn't working on
secure.chase.com
, our developers are still working on the issue. For the time being, you can copy and paste your login credentials into the page: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don't work with 1Password-Dave
