Hi,
i ams using a Synology NAS and with Auto Enter, i can't select the button to keep me signed in, or the button so it does not ask to retype the 2FA on this web browser...
Is theyre a way to turn off the feature to Auto enter for a few entry's in my list ?
I do like the Auto Enter feature, it's faster and useful but not for all the logins.
Thanks !

  • Hello @pking! 👋

Thank you for the question! You can turn off autosubmit for a particular login by following these steps:

    1. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
    2. Navigate to the login page in question.
    3. Tap on the AA button in the address and then tap 1Password. (If you're using an iPad, tap on the 1Password icon in the address bar.)
    4. Tap on the login item for that website.
    5. Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of the item and then tap Don't sign in automatically.

1Password will no longer sign you in automatically on that website. You'll need to repeat these steps in any browser that you use.

Let me know if you run into any issues.

Hi @Dave_1P , i am able to access the 3 dots on my windows computer to change the option and it works great, no autologin anymore. Thanks
    BUT...
I followed your steps and unfortunatly i can't make it work on my Ipad.
2.Navigate to the site - ok
3.When i tap the 1Password logo on the right, nothing happens...

I am sure it's a simple step on my part, can you please point me to a video or maybe clarify.

    Thanks

Thank you for the reply. Do you mean that nothing happens when you tap on the 1Password icon in Safari's address bar? If the answer is yes then try these steps:

    1. Force quit Safari from the App Switcher: Quit and reopen an app on iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
    2. Open your iOS Settings and go to Safari > Extensions > 1Password.
    3. Disable the setting for Allow Extension, wait a few seconds, and then re-enable it.
    4. Re-open Safari.

Then try the steps in my previous post again.

Let me know if I misunderstood.

Thanks @Dave_1P , you disable-enable method worked. I did not even know these options where available via the safari browser, i activated the feature as soon as 1password made it available and it seems IOS does not do a great job to upgrade it.
Now everything works as i need, as always great product !

I'm happy that those steps worked, let me know if you run into any other issues. 🙂
