Firefox browser extention wonky

I've been using 1Password since its inception, and this is an issue I've never come across before. The extension icon is still in the menubar, but when I click on it the information shield that comes up is blank. I can still use command\ to fill in username and password in most cases, but I can't get the normal pulldown to work. I've restarted, checked for updates and reinstalled the extension twice. Still no luck. Any suggestions much appreciated.

I'm on a MacBook Pro running 10.8.4 and Firefox 23.0.1

It sounds like your issue might match one of the known issues. Are you experiencing one (or both) of these?

• Fill and Submit not listing correct Logins in Firefox 23

• 1Password Firefox Extension goes blank when trying to edit Submit action

Or is what you're seeing different than those? Could you please describe in as much detail as possible the steps you are taking, and what you are [not] seeing happen when you say "it failed"? With some additional information from you we can then provide you with specific assistance.
