deleted app from iPhone now can't get access to the details I had saved
hi,
I had a standalone vault app on my iPhone which was deleted in error. I do not have an account so cannot log back in using that method.
I did not sync the details on the app so don't seem to be able to avail of the iCloud or Dropbox method of accessing the app.
I don't know what WLAN server is and when I click it nothing happens anyway.
I still have the version of the app on an iPad , is there anyway I can use this to help me get back into the app on the phone or do I have to make an account?

Hi, I have had 1password on iPhone and iPad for years.1password7 I think .
By mistake I deleted the app off my iPhone today and now when I go to log back in I have 3 options
1. scan a setup code, this recommends signing into another device and getting the code there but when I open the app on iPad there is no code.
2. Sign in on 1password .com, This also suggests opening on another device and getting my sign in address, email address and secret key but again none of those details are on the app on the iPad.
3. enter account details, this requires secret key which i can't find .
I also don't have an emergency kit, at least I cannot find any of the above info.
Can anyone help advise my how to get access to the app on the iPhone again.

Hi, I have a one off purchase version of 1Password on iPhone and iPad.
I deleted the app from the phone in error and now cannot get back into the app as I don’t have an account, a secret key or an emergency kit.
I know that I have lost all the data but can anyone help me get into the app again?

Hi,

When I reinstalled the app the only way to log in is with account details, secret key or emergency kit none of which I have.
I still have the original version of the app on my iPad but it is not synced .

The best path forward would be to migrate your items to a 1Password membership and 1Password 8.
