Fingerprint reader does not work on Motorola Razr 50

I have setup 1pass app on my device including fingerprint reader. Every time I try to open the app it asks me about password. I tried to follow the multiple guides online but in my version i cannot even reset the biometrics. They just are 3 icons (password, biometric and device) on the top of the screen and i can switch between them but nothing to say disable/enable or anything. I feel super stupid and quite frankly helpless. Any ideas?

    I'm sorry that biometric unlock isn't working with 1Password on your Android device. As a first step, please update to the latest version of 1Password for Android: How to keep 1Password up to date

    If that still doesn't work then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:
