macOS Menu Bar Icon Position Not Preserved - still unresolved
Hi, I've been using 1Password for three years now, and there is still one bug which annoys me (and many others) quite a lot.
Basically, the menubar icon of 1Password does not retain its position, meaning that if I restart 1Password the icon will be on the left-most part. This is super annoying when you are using it on a Macbook with the notch, because the notch hides the icon (thank you Apple for your brilliant design!)
This problem has bee reported since the very first versions of 1Pw8, see

Unfortunately, it looks like the team ignored the problem. Closing the discussion is certainly not beneficial either.
This is also problematic for apps managing the menubar like Ice (see this bug).
Is there any plan to fix the problem?
1Password Version: 8.10.40
OS Version: MacOS 14.6

Still no resolution to this, 3 years after the first discussion referenced above. 1Password is the only Mac app I use which is affected by this, so surely it can't be that difficult to fix?

The issue involves some of the dependencies that 1Password uses and our team is working with our partners to find a solution but I don't have any updates to share at the moment. I've added your feedback to our internal tracking item for the issue and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
