1Password for Mac 8 not syncing

I am having the same problem as the closed topic https://1password.community/discussion/136644/1p-8-mac-app-error-offline-wont-reconnect-to-cloud-sync

red cloud with slash thru. Reconnect button at the bottom of the page. Click that, no effect. Items I save on my phone never make it to my Mac and vice-versa.

I sent diagnostics already.
