I password for windows 8 won't accept my password.

I can log into 1password at the homepage. However, after downloading the windows 8 app. it doesn't accept the password that I sign into the homepage. Now it blocks me from signing into my chrome app and everything else because it takes me to the windows sign in which doesn't work. I have even deleted my account and reinstalled but the windows app. still blocks me! Please help me. If someone volunteers to help by phone that might be helpful.

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when unlocking 1Password. It sounds like you're able to login to 1Password.com which is a good sign. Try these steps:

    1. In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
    2. Click your name in the top right and choose Get the Apps.
    3. Click "Add your account directly" and allow your browser to open 1Password. You'll see your account details in the app.
    4. Enter your 1Password account password and click Sign In.

    If that still doesn't work then can you tell me what specific error message you see when your password isn't accepted in the 1Password for Windows desktop app?
