New support ticket ID received - connection to old support ticket ID?

I should report this case to Support:

The old support ticket ID was:
PCJ-99859-425

Now I wanted to give a new update in my old email correspondence and that it still doesn't work. I have received a new support ticket ID. And I don't know if they will be linked together. Because I didn't know that and therefore didn't provide any links or references to the old problem.

My new support ticket ID is:
CZK-41223-787

I didn't know where else to go with the problem.
