Apple Password app

I'd like to use 1Password exclusively on all my Apple devices. However the new Apple Password app sometimes pops up to suggest passwords etc.

How are others adjusting to having two password applications?

    Thanks for reaching out! If you're choosing to continue using 1Password then I recommend that you turn off the built-in password manager on your Mac to avoid confusion and conflicts. I don't recommend using two different password managers at the same time. Follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Apple icon  in the menu bar.
    2. Click System Settings.
    3. Click General, and then AutoFill & Passwords.
    4. Turn off "AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys".

    Then, turn off the built-in password manager in your browser: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
