Syncing problem

I have 1Password on my Mac (V 6.8.9) and on my iPhone and iPad (V 7.10.2).
The iPhone and iPad sync well together.
The Mac's does sync but its changes don't appear on the iPhone or iPad (and vice versa).
They all appear to be syncing to the same "dropbox - apps - iPassword - agilekeychain" and this dropbox file does contain files.
So it should work???
Any ideas please?

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble with sync. 1Password 6, 1Password 7, and legacy sync using Dropbox are all no longer supported and haven't been updated or tested by our team for many years. All of the troubleshooting advice that we have are contained in this article:
