Desktop IP7 not returning items NOT duplicated
For the first time, I used the sort by "Show Reused Passwords" filter within the desktop version of 1Password (on osX), and now, even after changing the sort back to "Title", Search will still only return items that have duplicates. e.g. T-Mobile has a unique password in my vault, but won't return. I've tried completely quitting 1P and restarting my Mac, but it didn't help.

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with sorting in 1Password 7. Make sure that you're viewing "All Vaults" and "All Items" in the sidebar:
That being said, I recommend that you upgrade to 1Password 8 since 1Password 7 is no longer supported or being updated. You can find instructions on how to upgrade here: Upgrade to 1Password 8

Thanks Dave. Yes, it is set to All Passwords and I only have one vault. I’ll upgrade when I get a moment. Not sure how this bug got through testing of 1P 7, and why the conditions were such that no one has reported it before now. I had a compromised CC (again, sigh), so was going through changing dupe passwords. I’ll be sure to try out this feature in 8.

1Password 7 hasn't been updated or tested for some time and it's possible that new issues has cropped up. I reinstalled 1Password 7 on my test Mac and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue but, since the old version is no longer supported, upgrading to 1Password 8 is the best option.
