Issues with Safari Sign ins being too slow or not working

For a number of versions now using the 1Password extension in Safari to login to websites can often take several seconds before the username and passwords are inputted into the fields (as long as 5sec). Also using the "Command + \" keyboard shortcut also often doesn't work (or takes a LONG time) if the cursor is in the username field but seems to work better if the cursor is in the password field.

I have rebooted the Mac etc but it's made no difference.

Any idea what's going on? It's becoming very irritating having to manually move the cursor to the password Field every time and re-click the keyboard shortcut several times just to fill in the user login fields.

I also just clicked on the Safari Extension and once again it's failing to load, this has been going on for over a year and it's really unreliable having to constantly quit and reload the extension.

1Password Version: 8.10.56
Extension Version: 8.10.56.28
OS Version: 15.2
Browser: Safari

    Morning, I came to the forum this morning to report slow behaviour using ⌘\ and was relieved to see I am not the only one.

    @iwaddo

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing similar behaviour with the Command - \ keyboard shortcut. Have you already sent over diagnostics using the steps my colleague mentioned here? If so, can you confirm the support ID number you received?
