Always asking for Master Password / Duplicates in 1password

Sites I visit daily that require login, I always get the Browser extension popping up, enter Master Password, and save to 1password. The thing is, the entry is already in 1password. Why do I have to save each time I go to a site that I enter a l/pw? Shouldn't 1password autofill the l/pw for me, and know that I already have it stored in the Windows App? I am finding a lot of duplicate websites now listed in 1password.
