Since updating to Maverick I have not been able to use my V3.8.21 with Safari 7.0. It works on Chrome. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I have done the trouble shooting steps in the Help pull down menu. I have downloaded the Diagnostic Report app but that does not produce a report -- I click on Create Report and the gear wheel just spins endlessly.

Please check out Khad's post here about a "Problem with database" in v3 extension in Safari on OS X Mavericks - does this describe your issue?
