Why does it keep asking for my Master Password under Win 7 despite a 3 hour "do not ask"?

I am using 1Password for Windows, version 3.9.19.90

My Preference panel has the Auto lock time set for 180 minutes and checked. I have tried changing it and such but the behaviour is the same.

But almost everytime I open Google Chrome (Version 30.0.1599.101 m), it asks for my master password. I do not, or at least very rarely, use IE.

This behaviour has been the same ever since a few months ago following an update on my Windows PC. It's really more of a nuisance than a pain but I'd rather it didn't do it.
