Error Message - Ordinal not Found - LIBEAY32.dll

Hi,

i am getting error messages from Agile1pAgent.exe on system startup:
"The ordinal 4540 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll"

1Password seems to work find though.
There has been a number of changes to my system in the last weeks, among them, i moved the local passowrd data to another drive, as well as my dropbox. Any tips for what i have to look at to get rid of the error?
