three users, few devices, three vaults, two different ways of synchronizing
Hello,
english is not my primary language, so sorry for mistakes. To the point:
- three vaults: priv, work, family
- three users: me, wife, employee
- two ways of synchronizing:
- priv vault via wifi - access for me on three mac devices
- work and family vaults via cloud - access for me, wife and employee (i think that the best solution would be dropbox because the employee is working on windows)
I need access to vaults: priv(wifi sync), work(cloud sync) and family(cloud sync) on three devices: macbook, iphone and ipad.
My wife need access to vault family(cloud sync) on three devices: macbook, iphone and ipad.
Employee need access to vault work (cloud sync) on windows laptop.
It can be done?
Can I easily move entries between vaults ?
regards

Hi @zrobmikuskus,
I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
I would also like to mention that your English is a LOT better than any attempt I would make in any other language, so there is no need to apologize!
You have explained your situation very well, and most of what you need to do should be simple to set up. Unfortunately, multiple vaults is currently a Mac-only feature, so you will not be able to view the work and family vaults on your iOS devices. Yet. We are working hard to make multiple vaults available to our other platforms, but I can't say when they will be ready.
If you would still like to set up multiple vaults, it should be simple to do so. We've got a brand new blog post on How to create, share a vault with family or coworkers that should help you get started. As you mentioned, you do want to use Dropbox to sync all your secondary vaults.
I hope this helps, but if you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask!
