In 1Password 3 there was a Category "Accounts" witch in no longer in the new version. Is there a way to create new categories?

1Password 4 includes some slight changes in the way categories are organized. The "Accounts" Category from 1Password 3 has been split up: some items now exist in their own separate category, and some existing entries were merged into the Logins category.

Also, you can see a list of all available categories by pressing the "+" button by the search field in the main app:

You can "simulate" the old Account category (or at least the Generic account sub-category) by creating a smart folder with logins without URLs.

Yes, a good tip by @Xe997. Another possible workaround that I use is the Database category. Since I haven't any other use for it, I keep some items there that may have previously fit in the Accounts category.
