Migrate from MAS to web store version
I previously owned 1Password 3 and upgraded to 4 through the MAS, however I immediately found that the MAS version did not behave as I expected. I would have to select my bookmark twice in order for it to log in properly (once to go to the site, second time for it to properly populate the password data).
I then downloaded the web store version and voila everything works great now.
However, I don't have a proper lives for the web store version.
How do I go about giving up my MAS version and getting the web store version?

Hey @kbolin, you can switch to the AgileBits website version of 1Password by emailing your request to support@agilebits.com with a copy of your Mac App Store purchase receipt. They are a bit busy currently with the launch of 1Password 4, so be please patient for a response - and remember that there's an unrestricted 30 day free trial.
If you're unsure how to get your MAS receipt, here's a summary of the process:
- Go into the iTunes Store within iTunes.
- On the right column, under Quick Links, click Account.
- Enter your iTunes password if prompted.
- Scroll to the Purchase History section and click See All.
- Find the entry in the list that has 1Password, and click the gray arrow on the left of that entry. The full receipt will load.
- Take a screenshot of that entire window and send it to support.
