new master password rejected

Hi. I changed my master password on my mac (v4) a couple weeks ago and it's worked fine until today when I tried to open 1Password and unable to do so (password rejected). Old master password also does not work.

I tried my new password on iOS devices- it did not work, but previous master password does work.

So, in sum, new master password will not work on computer or IOS. old master password working on iOS but not computer.

Mac version is 4.08. IOS devices are all up to date.

I sync via dropbox.

This is a problem as everything I need is in 1Password on computer.

    Had a little more time to look and will add to this that under prefs and sync it states that it has never been synced. Also, I did not change the master password to my iPhone etc, i assumed they would do that automatically. now i know that they don't (which i why they still open with my old one).

    I'm sure I am typing in the correct password. And it did work for a while, this is only as of yesterday. Thanks.

    which i guess is why my old password is still working with my

    Hi, @zimmy.

    I've only been able to locate an earlier email you sent and not a newer one with the Diagnostics Report. Did you send it from a different email address?

    Yes, it's from a gmail account. only way I could get the 2mb file to go through. 8:07pm if that helps. Thanks you.
