Just to be clear, Stefanie, the general process is this:
Install Dropbox on your PC, associate it with the same Dropbox account as you use on your Mac, and wait for Dropbox on your PC to finish copying your 1Password data down to your PC from your private Dropbox web site.
Download the 1Password for Windows installer from our web site to your PC, and run the installer.
Accept the installer's offer to launch 1Password, and accept 1Password's offer to use the 1Password data found in your local Dropbox folder.
