I used to sync with Dropbox, then I switched to iCloud

I thought that iCloud syncing would be better since I am using all Mac and iOS, however my iMac will not ever complete the sync despite turning it on and off System Preferences. I am so frustrated with this I am planning on deleting the program from my iMac and try reinstalling it. Does anyone have experience solving syncing issue by reinstalling?

Many Thanks!

As odd as it sounds, I disabled syncing altogether, then I performed yet another restart on the iMac, relaunched 1Password, then re-enabled iCloud syncing, and now it synced everything to iCloud.

Both the iPad app and iPhone app displayed updated information, however after syncing, the app continued to display it was syncing for minutes. After exiting and relaunching the app, syncing only took a few seconds.

On my MacBook Air, I had to disable syncing and restart the computer. After that I re-enabled iCloud syncing and for now, everything is in sync!

    Hi Don,

I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.

I'm so glad to hear that you were able to kickstart syncing by restarting things - if it falls out of sync again, please let us know and we'll do our best to get things back on track :)
