    chrome extension for 1 pw 4 on mac not detecting any logins . When click the "key" only get a "password generator" and nothing else!!!

    I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your data with the Chrome extension for 1Password 4. If you open the main 1P4 app can you see all your data there? Also, which versions of 1P4 and OS X are you running? Now let's see if we can get it fixed …

    Please try reinstalling the 1Password 4 browser extension for Chrome:

    • Open Chrome.
    • Type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press the Return key.
    • Click the trash can next to the 1Password 4 extension and remove it.
    • Restart your computer
    • Open Chrome and visit the 1Password Extension page.
    • Click Download next to Chrome and confirm the installation.
