Feature request: exclude items that are in the trash from Smart Folders

It would be nice to be able to exclude items that are in the trash from a Smart Folder.

Are you seeing Trash items after deleting one or more items from a selected Smart Folder? Here's a related topic about that:

If they're showing up in some other case(s), maybe a different bug to be filed/fixed, can you post steps to reproduce that (if possible)? Thanks in advance!

No, they were deleted from the All Items view, but I'm now unable to reproduce it.

We'll test if it's reproducible in other ways here. Oh, which versions of 1P4 and OS X are you running?
