Missing Data File

Hi, I'm having trouble with 1Password on my Dropbox account. I am only able to unlock my 1Password account from Dropbox after I enter my password three times. Once it's open, I receive a message that says, "A key data file could not be loaded and 1PasswordAnywhere cannot continue without it." How do I trouble shoot this problem? Is there a way to uninstall 1Password on Dropbox and re-install it?

I'm sorry you're having that problem, @rcsingleton. Two questions:
What browser are you using to view the 1Password.html file?
Are you opening the copy on your local hard drive or on the Dropbox web site?

Please make sure that…
- you are using Chrome or Firefox or Safari (not IE)
- your 1Password data is named "1Password.agilekeychain" (no quotes)
- you have repaired your 1Password data (File > Repair 1Password Data)
- you open your 1Password data from the Dropbox web site (not the Dropbox folder on your PC)
