1Password Plugin on Windows (Chrome)

As of today, I am no longer able to use the 1Password Chrome plugin on Windows. I get the attached error when it loads. Is there an ETA on a new plugin for Windows users?

A new extension for Chrome is included in 1Password 4, currently in beta development, but our extensions team has been unable, as yet, to get it to work reliably with the current released version of 1Password for Windows. We apologize for the inconvenience of the procedure described in that screen shot.

Any ETA though? This is really the feature I enjoyed and troublesome it no longer works as expected.
