Can't create login for a website

I cannot create a login for the website http://www.britishairways.com/travel/home/public/en_za

Any ideas why not?

If you submit a filled-in login form at a site for which you don't yet have a Login item saved in 1Password, 1Password should offer to save one for you.

If it doesn't, for some reason, you can fill in the form and click the 1Password button in the browser tool bar before submitting the form, to get access to the "save Login" functionality.

If that doesn't work, either, for some reason, you can launch the main 1Password program, click the Login+ tool, and type the appropriate URL (location), username, and password into their respective fields.
