Chrome extension is always disabled

In the Chrome browser, I need to load every time you start the plugin New. I have already uninstalled and installed settings on 1Password. Nevertheless, it is disabled in the extensions again and again!

That's a known problem that I'm beginning to think won't get resolved before the release of 1Password 4 for Windows, currently in beta development.
