Lost Passwords etc

I recently upgraded to 4.1.3, found I had to reinstall the licence and have done that but 1Password does now not contain any of my saved data (passwords, log ins etc).
In my Library/Application Support/1Password4 there is nothing in BackUps. Have I lost my data? Can I restore somehow using the Import feature and if so how? Can I get the data from Time Machine? Again if so how and what am I looking for?

    Let's take a closer look at your system here to find out just what happened - an update certainly shouldn't have had any effect on your password database, even if you have to reinstall the license file. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
