1Password now crashes every time I open after the update

Also got the buy now message that others have posted about. HELP

    Thanks Stephen, I'm sure that will help with the buy now message. My bigger problem is that 1Password crashes every time I open it and I don't have time to enter my license. For now I've deleted 4.1.3 and reinstalled 4.1.1. No problems there.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with 1Password crashing, but I'm glad to hear that 4.1.1 is behaving properly for you. I'd be happy to help you sort things out, though if you want to try 4.1.3 again. If you notice a crash, please send us a Diagnostics Report:

    Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
